Book the space for a full day at one flat price, or by the hour for shorter sessions.
Free street parking is available for guests and vendors, with plenty of space nearby.
Catering is available on request, with a wide range of halal, Hindu, vegan, gluten-free, and modern Australian menu options. If you prefer to bring your own food, we welcome BYO catering and non-alcoholic drinks.
You are welcome to bring your own decorations, DJ, and music equipment.

Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policy
Venue Usage
- The booking period includes both setup and pack-down time.
- This is a self-hosted venue.
- Owner attendance during your event is available by prior arrangement only and cannot be guaranteed.
- Access to the upper floor is available only with prior approval and where included in your booking.
- The ground floor of the venue is currently not air-conditioned.
Guest Responsibilities
- The hirer is responsible for the conduct and safety of all guests attending the event.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Guests attend and use the venue at their own risk.
- Any incident, accident, damage, or safety concern must be reported to the venue owner immediately. In emergencies, please contact 000.
- At the conclusion of the event, the venue must be vacated in a clean and tidy condition, substantially the same as it was provided. This includes the removal of all rubbish, decorations, and personal items brought onto the premises.
Safety & Security
- The venue is monitored by 24/7 security surveillance.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. The venue operates a strict no-smoking policy indoors.
- Pets are not permitted on the premises.
Food, Beverages & Entertainment
- BYO alcohol is permitted only with prior approval and must be confirmed as part of your booking.
- External catering is welcome.
- Guests may bring their own decorations, DJ, and music equipment.
- Mirrors, decorative lighting, and selected décor items may be available upon request and subject to approval.
Noise & Behaviour
- There are currently no specific noise restrictions; however, excessive noise and loud music, particularly outside normal operating hours, must be kept to a reasonable level.
- The venue reserves the right to request a reduction in noise levels where required to avoid disturbance to neighbouring properties.
Parking
- A limited number of on-site parking spaces are available.
- Guests attending larger events may be required to use the free street parking available in the surrounding area.
Damage & Liability
- Any damage to the venue, fixtures, equipment, furniture, or other provided items will be assessed and charged to the hirer accordingly.
- The venue owner accepts no liability for injury, loss, theft, or damage sustained by guests, except where required by applicable Australian law.
Pricing
- We understand that every event is unique, and we aim to provide flexible pricing based on your specific requirements, event type, guest numbers, and booking duration.
- A deposit is required to secure your booking date. For bookings made within 7 days of the event date, full payment may be required at the time of booking.
- Accepted payment methods includes Cash, PayID, Credit Card and Bank Transfer
- All pricing quotes are provided in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- A 24-hour grace period applies following booking confirmation, during which a full deposit refund is available.
- The grace period does not apply to events scheduled to commence within 48 hours of booking.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made between 30 days and 7 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

- When you share booking request, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, event details, and any other information you choose to provide.
- We use this information solely to respond to enquiries, manage bookings, provide our services, and communicate with customers.
- Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law or where necessary to provide our services.
- You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or removal of your personal information where applicable.
- We do not collect any personal information when you use our Website. We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies on our Website.

How big is the venue?
The venue offers 192 m² of event space, comprising 137 m² on the ground floor and a 55 m² mezzanine level— one open room with no partitions, plus an upstairs area for games and fun.
Where are you, and what's nearby?
Situated near the prominent corner of Boundary Road and Fastline Drive in Truganina. Accessible via the Boundary Rd/Robinsons Rd bus stop located approximately 1.1 kilometres away and Deer Park Station positioned 4.5 kilometres out. Also 7.1 kilometres from Tarneit Central Station to 18/2 Fastline Road, which takes about 12 minutes to drive.The primary route goes via Dohertys Road (B94)
How many guests can the venue hold?
Around 50 guests comfortably.
How long is the hire?
Minimum of one hour to 24 hours (Full Day).
How far ahead do I need to book?
At least 7 days before your event. The venue is bookable Monday to Sunday, anytime.
What's included?
Tables and chairs, speakers and stage, kitchen facilities, toilets, on-site parking,first-aid kit.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes, bring your own food. Alcohol is only allowed with the owner's approval in advance.
Can we decorate?
Absolutely — The venue is a blank canvas that you can style to suit your event. Decorations are welcome; however, drilling, painting, or making permanent alterations is not permitted. If you need hanging points or special setup arrangements, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
Who cleans up?
Event organiser is responsible that the venue must be vacated in a clean and tidy condition, substantially the same as it was provided. This includes the removal of all rubbish, decorations, and personal items brought onto the premises.
Will someone from Astar be on site?
This is a self-hosted venue. Owner presence is available on request — we'll do our best, but it isn't guaranteed.
